At about 09:52 UTC our Data Synchronisation service experienced a spike in memory usage due to which some existing connections to Postman apps were dropped, which promptly tried to reconnect. This led to a disconnect - connect loop, causing further degradation of the service, which had a knock on effect on other services causing disruption across multiple services.
The incident lasted 24 minutes and caused partial outages in Authentication, Billing, and Documentation Services.
